Sustainability rewarded at PropertyGuru Thailand and Regional Property Awards

The 15th edition of the Thailand Property Awards last Wednesday were celebrated at The Athenee Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok where industry professionals gathered to receive distinctions for their property developments, architecture and designs across 44 categories.
The title of Best Sustainable Developer was awarded for the first time to L.P.N. Development PCL. Special Recognitions for ESG, CSR, Sustainable Construction and Sustainable Design went to Origin Property Public Company Limited, Sisaran Group Co., Ltd and Habitat Group.
These same players also saw specific developments receive awards where Walden Thonglor 8 by Habitat Group received Best Condo Architectural Design distinction and Park Origin Phayathai by Origin Property Public Company Limited won the Best Luxury Condo Development (Bangkok) award.

Historic 15th edition of PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final laurels the best of Asia-Pacific real estate
The Property Awards were also conducted regionally in a first virtual Gala Dinner on December 4th recognizing developers and projects from 14 property markets in Southeast Asia, the Chinese territories (mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau), Australia, India, and Japan.
L.P.N. Development PCL., who also won sustainability credentials at Thailand's Property Awaards, received the title of Best Sustainable Developer (Asia).
From the Philippines, Agriya by Damosa Land, Inc. was judged the clear winner of the Best Residential Green Development (Asia) title. Brookfield Properties’s Candor TechSpace project, a thriving IT SEZ in Gurugram, was named Best Office Development and Best Green Development. Solaris @ Tai Seng by Soilbuild Group Holdings Ltd from Singapore won the Best Green Commercial Development.
