Armelle Le Bihan Speaker at the Symposium on Taiwan France Cooperation in Intelligent Green Building
Armelle Le Bihan was a key speaker at the Symposium on Taiwan France Cooperation in Intelligent Green Buildings which was held on the 25th of April 2013 in Taipei.
The speech's topic was Innovative Green Building Process: a multidisciplinary and intercultural perspective.
Armelle spoke about Bioarchitecture Formosana's Tsing Hua University project, where a thermal chimney with windcatchers system was implemented to provide natural ventilation for cooling purposes. She explained how following an integrative design process and relying on Computational Fluid Dynamics, enabled the team to prove the efficiency and optimize the design.
